Each summer, Tisch Drama offers world-renowned professional training for theatre artists at all levels, as well as courses in theatre studies. With New York City as a hub, the department collaborates with several training studios to offer individualized training through three- and six-week summer intensives, ranging from acting technique to musical theatre, on-camera acting, and more. Additionally, the department’s rich curriculum of Theatre Studies courses provides a comprehensive study of the field and is led by scholars, theorists, and historians.
All summer courses and intensives are open to current and visiting students, working professionals, and adult learners. Both credit and non-credit courses are available.
